About Facilitease

Facilitease was set up in 2004 by Mark James. Mark has extensive experience maintenance and engineering and worked for over 15 years as a Facilities Manager for a large International group based in Milton Keynes. During this period he was contracted to build an engineering manufacturing company in India and has been a self employed freelance facilities manager ever since.

Mark strives on providing clients with a high level of service and introducing ways of saving money while also looking after the environment. Mark can carry out initial opportunity surveys through to implementation of energy saving projects, help arrange Enhanced Capital Allowance and Carbon Trust loans for clients where needed and applicable, and provide on going energy management solutions.
